Appointment Policy
Arriving late will waste your treatment time. We will make every effort to undertake your full treatment in the policies of appointment for the remaining time. Clinic holds the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
We have a 72 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place. This is to ensure patients cant their treatment as per requets and have respect for our clinicians' time. No-show or reschedule discussed appointments within 72 hours are non-refundable.
We respect our Clinicians’ time as they are usually booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow Clinic team to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients.
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person, whilst we do our best to achieve the desired outcome which we discuss at the consultation. All patients are responsible for additional treatments needed if required to achieve desired results.
Children Policy
Here at Clinic, team respects mothers with the children, however, we do not allow children in a clinical settings, unless pre-authorised and discussed with clinical staff.
Pet Policy
Due to infection control we do not allow any pets in clinical settings, unless pre-authorised and discussed with clinical staff.
